Marcy Cuevas joined BOS Staffing as a Recruiter in 2007. For 10 years she collaborated with both hiring managers, to understand market trends and company cultures, and candidates, to understand their skills and career goals. Conducting both contingent and permanent hire searches, she matched many talented job seekers to some of the best companies in the area, creating career opportunities and valuable company assets. When BOS grew from a single office to three branches (and counting!), Marcy took on the role of Operations Manager. She now has the privilege of sharing what she has learned over the last decade with the talented recruiting team.
Marcy received her Certified Staffing Professional certificate from the American Staffing Association, is the former Membership Chair of Athens Area SHRM, and is active with the Hall County and Gwinnett county Chambers of Commerce.
Prior to coming to BOS Staffing, Marcy worked for nonprofits providing job placement services to people with employment barriers. Marcy attended the University of Georgia and loves to cheer for UGA football with her husband (GO DAWGS!). She enjoys live music, cooking, being outdoors near the water, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Neva Becker has 25 years of experience working in all aspects of the staffing industry. She joined BOS Staffing in 2015 and currently specializes in business development.
Neva takes great satisfaction in developing lasting relationships with her clients so that she may truly understand their business needs and company culture.
Originally from New York, Neva has lived outside of Atlanta for the past 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, bicycling, horseback riding, and cooking new recipes.
Leah Bryan has been a proud employee of BOS Staffing since 2015. Her role in the company is Administrative Support and she enjoys helping the team in many ways, including managing Workers Compensation coverage, managing employee onboarding and E-Verify, and welcoming and guiding new candidates through the application process. Originally from California, Leah is now happy to have made her home in Gainesville, GA. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
Cindy Pozen has been with BOS Staffing since 2018. She has a background in Human Resources and Sales and Accounting but has found her passion in working as a Recruiter with BOS Staffing. The joy and satisfaction of matching the job applicant with their new work family is something to be treasured.
Cindy has lived in Athens since the early 80’s but has always felt a connection to the city and the people in her community. Cindy enjoys bike riding, reading, and spending time with her family.
Mirian Galo has been with BOS Staffing since early 2019 and in the Staffing industry since 2015.
As a recruiter and sales representative, she is enthusiastically involved in recruiting as well as sales prospecting for our branch in Duluth, GA.
Mirian loves playing and crafting with her 4 year old and 2 year old. When she is not with her kids, she can be found cooking food from El Salvador, which is where she grew up. Mirian also enjoys gardening, taking walks, and meeting with her prayer group.
Mirian is bilingual in Spanish and obtained her MBA from University of Miami.
Stella Elkina has been in the staffing industry for 2 years and joined BOS Staffing in early 2020 as a Staffing Coordinator. Her primary recruiting focus is in Administrative, Light Industrial, and General labor placements. Stella is a Lawrenceville native who graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2019 with a BBA in Marketing. Her interests include serving at her local temple, reading personal development books, and doing anything adventurous outside.
Penelope has 7 years of business development, sales coaching and management experience. Penelope is a sales professional with marketing, digital, technology healthcare and staffing backgrounds. Prior to BOS she worked for a nonprofit providing job placement services to people with employment barriers. Her understanding of client goals and needs makes her an invaluable resource in providing custom solutions for them. Penelope is a sports enthusiast, founded two sports organizations in North Atlanta, is a City Finals Champion, foodie, cook and loves landscaping her yard with her puppy.
Anne Still joined BOS Staffing in June 2020. She is currently the Athens office’s front desk coordinator, where she works closely with the Athens recruiting team to help staff local openings.
Anne is a University of Georgia graduate as of May 2020, where she studied Entertainment and Media Studies and Philosophy. She fell in love with Athens while attending UGA, and is very happy to be able to continue calling it home with BOS. In her spare time, she enjoys writing screenplays, hiking, listening to podcasts, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
With over 5 years of Recruiting and Account Management experience, Sasha has found her passion in helping candidates go to work. She heavily believes in helping candidates become a part of something worthwhile. She specializes in recruiting in various industries including Light Industrial, Hospitality, and Office Professionals.
Sasha relocated from the U.S Virgin Islands in 2013 where she enjoyed outdoor activities. Anything that includes being at the beach or near the beach is always a winner. Traveling and being around family and friends always brings her great joy, but the most joyful thing in life to her is being a boy mom. “My son Aiden is everything! If there is anything that keeps me going, keeps me on my toes, and always motivates me to want better no matter how hard life gets, it’s him!”
One of her favorite inspirational quotes is “Make improvements not excuses, seek respect not attention.” She believes in always thriving to becoming a better person. She quotes “No opportunity for growth should go unnoticed. Be the better version of yourself for you, when you are truly happy with the person you are becoming the rest will fall in place!”
Paris has 9 years of recruiting and staff management experience with 2 years specifically in the staffing industry. Raised in a fun loving military family, she relocated from Ft. Stewart, GA to Greater Atlanta in 2010 after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Design & Marketing from Georgia Southern University. Her creative spirit thrives in the diverse culture that Greater Atlanta offers. She enjoys karaoke, roller skating, arts & music festivals, game nights with her family and friends, crafts, and dancing whenever possible. She’s a matchmaker, connecting each company with the best candidate for the job.
